Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced English Consecutive Interpreter to join our dynamic translation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and fluent interpretation services during meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring smooth communication between English and the target language.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide consecutive interpretation services during meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring accurate and fluent communication.
2. Prepare for interpretation assignments by studying relevant materials and terminology.
3. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interpretation assignments.
4. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and timely delivery of interpretation services.
5. Participate in regular training and development sessions to improve interpretation skills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience as a consecutive interpreter in a professional setting.
3. Native or near-native proficiency in English and the target language.
4. Excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both English and the target language.
5. Strong knowledge of interpretation techniques and strategies.
6. Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute assignments.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
